The Ministry of Time

£5 per person. Max 4 people per group.

Start times are staggered within the show and you will experience a 60 minute immersive journey.

A newly commissioned immersive theatre experience, The Ministry of Time will guide guests through an interactive journey around the museum. The first production of its kind to take place at the museum, visitors will encounter Roman history coming to life as they work together with the shows characters to save the day!

Booking in advance is essential due to the immersive nature of this production. Please note that in order to ensure social distancing show start times are staggered. Please do not arrive at the museum more than 5 minutes before the time shown on your ticket.
Please note that this event will take place within Government guidelines relating to Covid-19 at the time of the event. In the event that we need to cancel or postpone, you will be contacted by our team and a full refund will be offered.
  • Adults must wear a face covering throughout their time inside The Novium Museum.

  • Booking is essential. Due to extremely limited numbers, if you are unable to attend on the day please let us know by phone 01243 775888 or email thenovium@chichester.gov.uk.

  • Please do not attend if any member of your group is displaying symptoms, or if you have been told to isolate by NHS Track and Trace.

  • Please only attend with members of your household or bubble.

  • On arrival, you will be greeted by a member of The Novium Museum staff, who will ask you to sanitise your hands and to check in using either the NHS Test and Trace App, or by providing your name and a contact telephone number.

  • Please note a queuing system will be in place to avoid the gathering of groups.
