Priory Park Dig - Evening Talk

Tuesday 1st June, 6:30pm at the Guildhall, Priory Park

Archaeological excavations in Priory Park between in 2017 and 2019 revealed the remains of a hot room and Roman Town House. James Kenny, Archaeology Officer at Chichester District Council talks about these excavations and plans for the future.

The talk will begin promptly at 18:30. Doors open at 18:15.

  • On arrival, you will be greeted by a member of The Novium Museum staff, who will ask you to sanitise your hands and to check in using either the NHS Test and Trace App, or by providing your name and a contact telephone number.

  • Please note a queuing system will be in place to avoid the gathering of groups.
